Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or participating in the 5-Day Caregiver Transformation program offered by Pleasant Care Community.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our program, or participating in the 5-Day Caregiver Transformation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. The Program

The 5-Day Caregiver Transformation is a live, online educational program designed to support caregivers of individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The program includes five live sessions led by a Registered Nurse (RN), Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), beginning July 25, 2026.

3. Payment

The program fee is $97 USD, a one-time payment processed securely through Stripe. By completing your purchase, you authorize this charge in full.

4. No Refund Policy

We put our heart into creating this program and we want you to feel confident before you reserve your spot. Please take a moment to review everything on our program page so you know exactly what to expect.

Because the 5-Day Caregiver Transformation is a digital program with immediate access upon registration, all sales are final once your RSVP is complete. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after your spot has been reserved.

Pleasant Care Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or inability to participate in the program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
